My background combines engineering and performance-improvement work with Saudi Aramco and later work in systems thinking, governance, KPI integrity and organizational maturity. Through SystemicIQ, I develop practical models and tools that help leaders diagnose reality, understand the relationships shaping outcomes and make decisions that remain accountable to evidence.
