Send requests from your registered email to info@systemiciq.com. Responses, follow-up, and used and remaining unit statements are delivered only by email. These plans do not include a subscriber workspace. A private workspace may be offered only for a separately agreed long-term subscription.
What is an interaction unit?
One clearly contextualized request that receives a brief advisory response or a limited review of short material within the plan boundaries. A follow-up may use another unit when it requires new analysis.
What is not covered by a unit?
Projects, long reports, meeting attendance, specialist analysis, or work requiring multiple evidence sources and meetings. This work is scoped as a separate service before it begins.
What happens when the balance runs out?
New requests pause until the cycle renews, you buy additional units, or you move to a higher plan. There is no automatic overage.
Important: The trial and subscription are not unlimited consulting and do not include sending sensitive data before an approved secure route is in place. Unused units expire at the end of the cycle unless the approved terms state otherwise. Every addition or upgrade requires explicit approval.
When the need becomes deeper
