Commercial rule from day one

Substantive investor-specific work is paid. Phone calls, online meetings, in-person meetings, preparation, research, coordination, follow-up and travel time must be included in the accepted stage, consume a prepaid retainer, or be separately authorized. External travel and logistics are client-funded in advance or booked directly to the approved SystemicIQ® standard.

Owner / Principal Consultant travel: when specifically required, the private SystemicIQ® standard applies, including First Class airfare, five-star accommodation, minimum 24 hours before and after the principal engagement, and Executive/VIP Lounge access where available. Exact commercial/travel terms are confirmed privately before booking.

8. IP / permitted-use acknowledgement

Progressive disclosure

Private information, operating materials and SystemicIQ® intellectual assets are disclosed progressively. Buyer-owned assets, licensed assets and SystemicIQ® Core IP remain separate. Private access may be subject to confidentiality and permitted-use restrictions before disclosure.

I understand that private SystemicIQ® information may not be copied, redistributed, used to recreate or train a competing system, uploaded to external AI/model-training services, or shared with unauthorized persons except as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

9. Confirm and start qualification

Initial qualification is free; substantive custom work begins through a paid Stage Authorization.

Calls, online meetings, physical meetings, preparation, follow-up and travel time can be billable according to the accepted stage or retainer.

External travel, accommodation and logistics are client-funded in advance or booked directly to the approved SystemicIQ® standard.

For groups, authority, designated payer, ownership/economics and decision rights require explicit documentation.

SystemicIQ® can lead the process A-to-Z within agreed authority, while investor decisions remain with the investor/group.

Final legal, tax, regulated-advice and binding-authority questions may require the appropriate licensed professionals.

I understand this submission starts qualification and does not itself create a binding purchase, investment or financing contract.

I understand that substantive investor-specific work, coordination and meetings may be paid and will start only after I accept the applicable stage scope and fee terms.

I understand SystemicIQ® may coordinate only within the authority documented for the relevant stage and cannot bind me beyond that authority.

I understand that any required travel/logistics must be commercially authorized and funded before booking, and role-specific SystemicIQ® travel standards apply.
